MPSS provides a subscription-based virtual assistant service accessible via the Telegram mini app. Assistants perform delegated tasks including administrative support, personal errands, and marketing assistance as described on the website.

3. Subscription and Billing

• The service costs $1 per working day (approximately $22 per calendar month), billed monthly.
• A 7-day free trial is available to new subscribers. No credit card is required to start the trial.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to conduct illegal activities or facilitate harm to others
• Share account credentials with unauthorised third parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform
• Submit tasks that violate applicable laws or third-party rights

5. Service Availability

We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

All content, trademarks, and materials on mpss.app are owned by or licensed to MPSS. Task outputs delivered to you belong to you once delivered.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MPSS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
